Crate Engines

One of our many options is to purchase a crate engine. We have many different options from Ford, to Chevy, to LS applications and many more. Click below to read more on our crate engine page!

Mild

The lowest power level we offer would be considered mild, which could include any of the following: upgraded cam, aftermarket cylinder heads, slightly raised compression, mild port work, and possibly even a stroker combination.

Wild

There are no limits at this level. A typical build would include (but is not limited to): high compression, fully ported heads and intake, lightweight components, aftermarket block, and a choice of supercharger, turbo, and/or nitrous. This is what we call a max effort build.

In-house Speed Shop

Our in-house speed shop offers a wide selection of the brand name PERFORMANCE PARTS that you NEED.  From AN fittings, Fuel Lines, and Engine Bolt Kits to Gaskets, Timing Covers and Carburetor Components; We have you covered.

And if we don't have it on hand; we can put it in YOUR hands in 24 hours, and MEET OR BEAT the prices of the big warehouse guys, such as Summit & Jegs; all while giving you the advantage of LOCAL professionals who have the experience to advise you.

Professional ON-SITE Machine Shop

While most engine builders have to outsource your machining needs, we do it all in-house. Machining is an important part of any build, so why leave it to chance? We have all of the equipment necessary to build or rebuild engines from the ground up. This yields quicker turn-around times and peace of mind through quality control for our customers.

Cylinder Head Machining

The cylinder head is the most commonly serviced core component of an engine. Cylinder Heads operate in a pretty rough environment making it paramount to do a full inspection of every component to ensure anything that needs to be addressed is addressed. Once inspected, we can begin machining the cylinder head back to spec for any given application.

Cylinder Head Porting

This Power Department: cylinder head port size, shape, and design is crucial for each application. Providing the right cylinder head and intake manifold for your application is what we do best. Intake manifolds never come ready to be bolted on from the manufacturer; they all need to be port-matched to each application or fully ported for max performance.

Engine Block Machining

Our Angry Block Guy starts by cleaning the block, magnafluxing and performing an inspection process before any machine work begins. After passing those tests, it's safe to start machining based on application. In order to ensure the longevity of the bottom-end, we start with an align hone, bore the block, then torque plate hone to size. We then mock up the rotating assembly to figure out piston height to square the block precisely. This process ensures that the heart of your build performs at it's peak. Every time.

Crankshaft Balancing

Balancing requires precision and we leave nothing on the table. We start by weighing and balancing every item on the rotating assembly within one gram of each other, then make a bobweight custom to each assembly to accurately determine if we need to balance the crankshaft. When balancing the crank, we either remove or add material depending on application. This results in a rotating assembly that will operate smoothly and provide long lasting bearing life.

Custom Machining

We are well versed in custom machining and have a full house of the specialty equipment required for any job that comes our way. Everything from welding up and repairing cylinder heads, to modifying intake manifolds or fabricating custom pulleys, spacers and brackets; we can handle it.
